Speaker: Sarah Dalton
Dr Sarah Dalton has a clinical background as a Paediatric Emergency Physician, and a long history of medical leadership roles including previous President of the Paediatric and Child Health Division of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Sarah has worked in different clinical and managerial roles across NSW over the last 25 years, including several executive leadership roles within NSW Health. Sarah has completed a Fulbright Scholarship in Clinical Leadership and is an experienced executive coach and facilitator who primarily works with healthcare leaders.

This half-day, interactive workshop is designed to equip General Ophthalmologists with practical, up-to-date knowledge and tools to enhance the early recognition and multidisciplinary management of Thyroid Eye Disease (TED). Through a mix of expert-led plenaries, engaging case discussions, panel dialogues, and small-group workshops, participants will gain clinical insights into TED pathogenesis, treatment evolution, surgical timing, and coordinated care pathways. The program includes international and local expert perspective and real-world examples to enhance confidence in diagnosis, referral, and co-management of TED across clinical settings. Attendees will also engage with tools to support care.
The workshop will be approved for RANZCO CPD hours.

CPR Workshop (Life Saving Victoria)
The CPR workshop delivers the essential principals, knowledge and skills to maintain breathing and circulation in emergency situations for adults, children and infants.

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines and will equip candidates to act quickly and confidently in an emergency situation. The course focus includes casualty assessment, one and two person CPR, choking and situation management. It applies to all persons who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
RTO code (21799).
