Speaker: Sarah Dalton
Dr Sarah Dalton has a clinical background as a Paediatric Emergency Physician, and a long history of medical leadership roles including previous President of the Paediatric and Child Health Division of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Sarah has worked in different clinical and managerial roles across NSW over the last 25 years, including several executive leadership roles within NSW Health. Sarah has completed a Fulbright Scholarship in Clinical Leadership and is an experienced executive coach and facilitator who primarily works with healthcare leaders.

CPR Workshop (Life Saving Victoria)

The CPR workshop delivers the essential principals, knowledge and skills to maintain breathing and circulation in emergency situations for adults, children and infants.

Outline: (HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation)

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines and will equip candidates to act quickly and confidently in an emergency situation. The course focus includes casualty assessment, one and two person CPR, choking and situation management.  It applies to all persons who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
RTO code (21799).

As the workshop is a formal qualification, a USI number is required for the certificate upon completion of the workshop. The USI numbers can be created or searched via the following link if participants do not yet have one. https://www.usi.gov.au/students/get-a-usi

Coaching on the Couch

Due to the overwhelming success of Coaching on the Couch sessions in 2024, these sessions will return, giving the opportunity for 10 Fellows a half-hour coaching session each: providing micro-experiences of what is possible to achieve in a power-packed coaching session. Members will enjoy bite-size value-add time and focus to help them progress through a challenge or opportunity.
